WHEN & WHERE?

Regular breathing and ice sessions are:

MONDAYS 8-9AM (Crush the week)
FRIDAYS 6-730PM (Happy Hour)

At the Budokon Academy - 1731 N Miami Ave

and are Directed by Donato Helbling, Certified #WHM Instructor.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Anyone*! This being said, to make sure we can keep our sessions safe, productive and timely, we ask that everyone knows the basics of technique and safety.

This means that to become a member, you must have experience with the Wim Hof Method. For example: having done our INTRO COURSE or the WHM FUNDAMENTALS COURSE with an instructor or online, having trained and have been approved to join by Donato Helbling, or being referred to join by a WHM Instructor. 

I AM NEW TO THE WIM HOF METHOD! CAN I COME TO A SESSION?

Yes! We do "bring a friend" days for members, the last Friday of the month, in which they invite someone they know to experience a session. In these you do not do an ice bath, but a more basic Cold Exposure exercise (a freezing shower). Contact us for details, or if you don't have a friend bringing you.

If you want to come in the middle of the month, and not wait until the last Friday of the Month, you can join out INTRO COURSE or if you have experience, buy a DAY PASS.

Yes! Donato Helbling offers FUNDAMENTALS COURSES regularly, about every 2 months, in Miami, so if you have not taken one yet, look at the events below and SIGN UP NOW! They always sell out!
