The goal of taking private Zen of Shooting lessons with Donato Helbling is to take the most advantage of the opportunity to use handgun marksmanship practice as a too to develop mental presence and awareness. The training is focused on cultivating the skills to make shooting a Zen art with the intention of developing mental presence and a high performance/flow state. 

We move at your pace, so you can learn to be more precise and faster with a semi-automatic handgun. Once you learn the fundamentals we move on to do magazine changes and reloads, as well as malfunction clearances while increasing target complexity. 

The price is for 3 hours of PRIVATE one-on-one training (theory and firing practice). This includes all expenses (ammo+targets+range entry+eye and ear protection+handgun use).

The course is not about using the pistol as self defense, instead is using it as a tool for self-development and self-awareness through focus practice of marksmanship.

Hopefully never need to use what you learn in the course for self defense against others but YOU WILL use these skills to train your mind and defend it against your own limiting beliefs, negative patterns and toxic thoughts.
