The Miami Ice Club is an initiative to provide a safe, fun and cold environment for the study of the Wim Hof Method in sunny Miami. Regular breathing and ice sessions at the awesome facilities of the Miami Ice Club - Directed by Donato Helbling, Certified level 2 Wim Hof Method Instructor

To become a member, you must have experience with the Method. This means, having completed a Wim Hof Method Fundamentals course with an instructor (or the 10 week online course from wimhofmethod.com), our 2-class intro-course, or have been training and approved to participate by Donato Helbling. This guarantees that everyone you will be practicing with knows the basics of technique and safety, so we can keep our sessions productive and timely. 

Donato Helbling offers Fundamentals Courses regularly, every 2-3 months, in Miami, so if you have not taken one yet, look at his schedule and sign up now! they always sell out!
