Take the opportunity to experience this system from one of its most beloved and respected teachers. Donato Helbling (aka. Professor/Sensei “D”) is a true Mixed Movement expert and a Living Artist. He uses the Budokon Yoga practice as a tool to challenge the body to move in a different way, requiring the mind to think differently, which creates new pathways in the brain. His teaching style is very technical while extremely fun. So, you will learn A LOT and laugh while doing it!

ABOUT BUDOKON YOGA
Budokon Yoga is a transition based style, distinguished by its slow, controlled continuous circular flow. It honors traditional classical roots of Asana-based Yoga while bringing a unique contemporary Martial Arts influence. It is challenging AND it welcomes practitioners of all levels to learn and have fun.
Professor Donato is the Director of the Budokon Mixed Movement Arts Program and has been teaching Budokon worldwide since 2006. He is the highest ranking teacher in the system under its creator, Cameron Shayne. His eclectic background (Engineer, Yoga Teacher, Black Belt, Peak Performance Coach for Pro-Athletes, Philosopher, Speaker, Entrepreneur, Consultant for Hyper-Luxury Resorts, Shooting Instructor, Father, and amateur furniture designer/builder) has allowed him to look at movement in a unique way, and his passion for the art of Budokon is evident as soon as you walk into his class.
