130-330pm: Fearless Handstands & Arm Balances

After over a decade of teaching inversion, Donato has observed that the main reason why people do not nail the handstand (and any other arm balancing tricks) is because they are scared of falling on their face. Many students feel frustrated after years of trying and using many different strategies with no success. Donato has developed this workshop series to fix all of that by teaching you some important details that change the game, so you can feel safe and confident. You will be upside down in no time!
If you are an advanced handstander you’ll work on HANDSTAND TRANSITIONS! Donato will show you what's next: press ups, transitions in and out of handstands, control, consistency and even more advanced tricks. Have been working on one but can't get it? Bring your questions! He'll help you out. Great also for teacher looking to learn how to teach handstands.
