"HANDSTANDS & ARM BALANCING TRICKERY" WORKSHOP:
So, you wanna stand on your hands? Feeling frustrated after years of trying and having all kinds of teachers show you how to do them with no results? Oh, you are in luck! Prof. Donato Helbling, from the Budokon University, has developed this workshop series to fix all of that.
The main reason why people do not nail the handstand (and any other arm balancing tricks) is beacuse they are scared of falling on their face. Donato will teach you some important details that change the game, so you can feel safe and confident. Then, with the proper technique, understanding of where to apply force and leverage, and the right body mechanics (he is an Engineer, so he knows) you will be upside down in no time!
"But I already know how to do a handstand! Why should I go?" HANDSTAND TRANSITIONS, of course!
If you are an advanced handstander, Sensei D will show you what's next: press ups, transitions in and out of handstands, control, consistency and even more advanced tricks. Got one you have been working on but can't get? bring your questions! He'll help you out.
Take the opportunity to learn from one of the most beloved and respected teachers in the Budokon University. Donato Helbling is a true Mixed Movement expert and a Integrative Living Artist. He uses the Budokon Yoga and Martial Arts practices as tools to challenge the body to move in a different way, requiring the mind to think differently, which creates new pathways in the brain. His teaching style is very technical while extremely fun. So, you will learn A LOT and laugh while doing it!
