If you joined our last Budokon Mobility workshop with Donato, then you know how fun and interesting this work is. If you haven’t you are in for a treat.
Donato has been teaching Budokon for the last 12 years, which has been at the forefront of the modern movement culture, exploring blending of different movement arts like yoga, martial arts, dance, calisthenics and Animal Locomotion. This system is full of techniques and concepts that help the human embody any animal locomotive pattern, with the intention of providing strength, agility and coordination, as well as fluidity of the mind, not just for looks. This class is great for all types of movers: gymnasts, acro-yogis, acrobats, grapplers, dancers. And “Sensei D” keeps it fun and light, so that everyone embraces their inner monkey, and brings it out to play…. Check out his work IG@donatohelbling
