July 1st We are having our grand opening for our new Miami Ice Club, in Pompano Beach, at the amazing facilities of Devalon Fitness.

Haven t heard of the Ice Club?
We are a community dedicated to the simple principles of happiness, health and strength. We gather 3+ times a week for regular breath work and ice baths, inspired by the Wim Hof Method. At the Miami Ice Club we teach scientifically proven techniques to activate your ability to regulate their autonomic nervous system. What does this look like in everyday life?

By showing up to challenge the limitations of the mind weekly, our members support themselves and each other in the discipline that goes into becoming fully expressed versions of themselves.  

The Ice Club is Directed by @donatohelbling , certified Wim Hof Method Instructor. Classes at our Pompano location are led by the multi talented James Devalon. Come check it out!
